How long will shipping take?
The typical shipping timeframe for U.S. orders is 1 to 4 business days. Please note that we cannot control shipping times once an order has been handed off to the carrier.

When will I receive tracking information?
Once your order is ready for shipment, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Can I modify my order?
You can modify your order, such as adding or removing items or changing the delivery address, by contacting us via the email provided with your order number. Changes can only be made before the order has shipped.

Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you may cancel your order before it has shipped by contacting us via email with your order details, including the order number.

Can I return my order?
Returns may be accepted for defective items if appropriate evidence is provided via an unboxing video. You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your item by emailing us with your order number. We are not responsible for any damage incurred during transit.

What if my package gets lost or stolen?
If your package does not arrive within 14 days, we recommend filing a missing mail claim directly with USPS.

Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

International Orders
For international orders, please contact us via WhatsApp at +55 11 91802-0881. A limited inventory is available in Brazil for purchase through our WhatsApp catalog.

Will Symbora Store album sales count toward charts?
Yes, all album sales will count toward Hanteo or Billboard charts, depending on the version of the album.
