Estimated Shipping and Delivery Times
What is the processing time for my order?
The processing time for online orders is approximately 3 to 10 business days. For orders with pre-sale items, all items will be held until the pre-sale item is ready to ship.
How long will shipping take?
For orders within the United States, the typical shipping timeframe is 3 to 10 business days. International orders may take up tp 30 business days, depending on location, selected shipping carrier, and customs processing times. Please note that we cannot control shipping times once an order has been sent to the carrier.
When will I receive tracking information?
Once your order is ready for shipment, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Orders
Can I modify my order?
Yes, you can modify your order, including adding, removing items, or changing the delivery address by contacting us via email, but changes can only be made before the order ships. Please include your order reference number and details of the changes you’d like.
Can I cancel an order?
You may cancel an order before it has shipped by contacting us via email with your order details, including order number.
Refund Policy
Can I return my order?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

International Orders
Will I pay customs fees or taxes?
Customs fees and taxes are not included in the purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend researching your country’s customs costs before purchasing.
What if I don’t claim my package from customs?
Customs offices may hold a package until the necessary duties and taxes are paid. Failure to claim your package may result in it being returned or destroyed.
